Top-notch facility! Super caring and energetic staff. The administrator took the time to stop by my dad’’s room every day to say hello and make sure he was comfortable. Food was hearty and delicious, as well. Would recommend Nazareth Health and Rehab to anyone who needs rehab for their loved one.
